I'm a lazy POS that's why!!
Sorry guys, I have been not working on it...but just in last week, I started working on it again!

Yes boys and girls. I missed y'all.
I have last night put on door handles (filled with JB weld per forum suggestion), and installed the fuse box. Funny, Dad was helping me strip the RL and he misunderstood me and removed all the fuses and relays and put them in a bag before I figured out what he was doing! Well, took a while with my reading glasses to go through the book line by line and plug them in but got that done. I checked with a guy who has a RL and yes, there is a big relay that's upside down apparently. The book shows them all with the notch in the upper left. Anyway, have that done, sorted through parts, found the missing bolts for the door handles. Found the rear bumper side reinforcement attachment thing (those who have messed with it know what I mean) and am looking for the proper fasteners. The asshats at the body shop, I mean they toss everthing in pile and they probably can sort it out fast but takes me a while. Plus I have parts from two vehicles.
I also have retrieved my parts from my buddy's warehouse (they moved business) and took apart the extra vert top. Frame was broken, top was not perfect by any means but figured I'd keep it. Was a freakin' ordeal getting that off the frame.
Attached the front sway bar links.
Big projects to do:
- change the brake line fittings so they will match with the RL ABS unit. The 2.4 uses the opposite fittings (two sizes) on the Right and Left's. Will have to cut them off, swap then reflare the lines and rebend the rears that are not lashing up where attaches to the ABS unit
- install new clockspring
- install airbag
- install interior
- install yaw sensor and wire to harness for it
- install exhaust system
- button up bottom trays
- etc.
Yes, its covered in dust, and yes I am lazy as all get out. But have 2 kids and life seemed to get in the way of my plans to complete it.
