windrestrictor

which is better the factory windscreen or the WINDRESTRICTOR than do i get illumination or none lit?

Hands down - the Wind Restrictor .
I am looking at getting another one so I can switch them out depending on my mood.

As to lighted or not - that is your call.

Windrestrictor from Windrestrictor.com. They do great work and are a supporting vendor. Ours is lighted, comes on when the breaks are depressed. The factory windrestrictor looks like a giant fly swatter!!

Windrestrictor is better to me. I have 2 designs, one generic V1 and a V2 customized. If you do not want to drill holes in your sky (in a spot on top of the deck in front of the trunk) than stay away from the Saturn one!
