Windshield wiper issue

Replaced the blades but still when the wipers are used the drivers side does not wipe properly...it appears that the blades are not making full contact with the window in certain areas... therefore leaving streaks behind - making it hard to see ........Any ideas ?? Was doing this before blades were replaced.

It`s my 82y transam case, The wiper arm tension will be down, this situation happen to streaks on the glass.
You should a little bit bent your wiper arm or replace new one.
But do not bent too much, your wiper speed will be slow and Load happens to a motor.

Do u drive the SKY in the rain?

I noticed yesterday that my wipers were sun damaged. Then I thought, why not just take them off?

You might try a different brand of blade. Some simply don't conform to the window as well as others.

No state inspection in CO? No chance of getting caught in the rain unexpectedly?

Actually the car was in the rain. It was July of 2008 on a cruise.

Are you using the multiarticulating blades or the one piece blades? I switched mine for the one piece blades and haven't had a problem since.
