First, look to see if your windshield has the wiper position markers. There should be little clear "T" marks on the windshield (they look like a T with a really thin top line and thick center line). They're not really a mark, just a place where there's no paint. If you're not sure what I'm talking about, look near the end of the wiper and you should find them (unless you've had your windshield replaced, in which case they might not be there). You can always mark the location of the old wipers with a small sticker or a piece of masking tape.
Make a mental note of how the windshield washer hose is attached (a nice curve around the wiper post). Getting them off is easy -- just disconnect the washer hose, pop off the little black caps, remove the nut with a wrench, then pull the wiper off.
I'm not sure whether your new wipers will come with the washer bits already installed. if not, you will need to spend some time here removing the washer hardware from the old wiper and installing it onto the new.
Reinstalling the wiper, just do things in reverse, then hook up the washer nozzle (making sure the tube routes around the wiper post in the same direction as it was originally). I don't think exact torque is required here, I would recommend finger tight plus a quarter turn (or 'tight, but not too tight'). If anyone knows the recommended torque, please post.
This is definitely an easy do-it-yourself task, as long as you have the correct sized wrench (an adjustable will work fine, if you don't have a metric set).
Good luck.
