HID 2.0 Kits now available!

We are proud to release our new HID 2.0 Conversion kits! We have invested over a year or research and development to finally bring you this kit. Over time there have been many reports of people purchasing inexpensive HID kits and causing severe damage to their cars electrical system. Through our tedious process we have developed an inclusive solution to all these problems, we have made all the mistakes so that you don’t have to. We also proudly feature the latest digital HID technology with slim line ballast. These ballasts are half the size of older ballasts which makes finding a place to mount them easy.

Mark,

The 10K's are really nice, we have one club member here in the Phoenix area that has them and you can always spot his car by the deep blue headlights!

Do your HID kits work with our daytime running lamps? Do you have installation instructions online I could view before purchasing? Thank you

I'm not sure what you mean by "Daytime Running Lamps"? They do not affect the DRL Sensor, many other HID kits have caused people to blow out there DRL Sensor's. Thus their headlights stay on all the time, our kits use included hardware to make it the safest kit on the market.

Unfortunately our instructions are not available online, we send hard copies with each kit.

Thank you,

Martin

I am very tempted to order them now believe me, but I am leaving the country for a few months here in about a week so I may order them in about a month or two and have them here waiting on me when I come home during my mid-tour in November. But when I do pictures will follow immediately.

Why would the 5000K series be considered illegal? Being OEM white I would think they would be acceptable everywhere.

So you get to choose which brightness you want? Where does it give you that option? I only looked at the first page of the buy now, is it on the next page?

Do you have to drill through the screw-in cover in the headlight housing? I had another vendors HID kit and it blew my DRL fuse when I installed the relay harness that was provided after I bought the kit. I had a question noone else has answered. Is there any way to change the DRL's to the high beams or running lights like the Sol?

The short answer is, they are still considered aftermarket and not what the manufacturer intended there for “For off road use only”.

We have done around 50 HID installs in the past year and we have not heard one of our members being pulled over for their “Aftermarket HID Headlights” even our member here in Phoenix who has 30K Pink Headlights has never been stopped.

Now this is not to say you won’t be stopped it’s just saying that the percentage of people who have actually been stopped is on your side.

It’s not the brightness you get to choose it’s the color that the bulb burns at. We carry everything from 3K up to 30K.

After you place your order we will contact you to confirm the details.

Yes you do have to drill a hole that is just larger then 1 ¼” and there is a rubber grommet that pops in the hole.

In regards to your DRL Fuse, I have never had one blow when using our kit. I do know that other kits sold on the internet have caused the DRL Sensor to blow out thus causing the headlights to stay on all the time.

That is the GMR Member price, the cost for non GMR Members is $36 more (1 year Charter Membership)

Our kits “include” all the necessary hardware that you would have to purchase separately with any other kit, not to mention our kits come with model specific install instructions and free shipping.

I have never seen a 7K bulb before, our kits go from 6K (white) to 8K (European Blue)…If you were to purchase the 6K kit and were not happy I would swap you the 6K’s for a set of 8K’s.

I'm still confused about the Daytime Running Lights. With your kit, do the DRLs work or not? Because, the DRLs are the low beam headlights running on about half the power. With an HID kit, this caused the lights to not burn and made them flicker. There have been a few threads about this in the past. Do a search.
