2 1/2 inches and proud! Pictures included.

Idyllwild II run was a little embarrassing since mine was one of the longest.
So I just got my stubby.

caraccessories was pretty quick at sending my new antenna and I love it. I got the "O" series in silver, works pretty decent in SoCal and looks great.
Now I don't need to take off my oem antenna every time I put my car cover on.

congrats!!!

Now your Sky doesnt suffer from looking like its controlled with a remote. Got the same antenna in Black, reception suffers a bit but a hell of a look.

I bought this in black. Looks a lot better compared to the OEM long antenna!

Stupid Question

Does the stubby affect XM "reception"? I ordered the B series (shipped on August 6) and listen to XM almost exclusively.

No the second antenna in the middle of the trunk does XM/OnStar.

Thanks ... that's what I thought - but I have quite a few low hanging tree branches going up my driveway and most of the time when my "bumper car" antenna hits them the XM cuts out for literally a split second. Strange

If the tree is thick enough it may be momentarily blocking the signal, when I go under larger bridged mine cuts out.
