TurboSystem Response...better than you may think!
Here's a demonstration of low-speed boost response on our Stage II 2.4L TurboSystem.

I noticed under full throttle that the boost was about 12-13 lbs of boost is this right for a stage II

Stage II's are typically 8-9 PSI, but this one was enjoying a bit more boost due to the lack of a cat con and a higher boost setting. It's some ongoing development work we've been doing to improve the breed.
