Actually, the platform is quite flexible. Just look at the Saturn Curve and the Chevy Nomad concepts built on the platform. They both used an extended length chassis, and that's a major change.

Here, the wind screen angle is less of an issue since that part of the body structure is well above the original kappa platform prototype frame. I think they could easily do that body on the platform--granted, the windscreen is different, but the proportions look about right for what can be made to fit between the axels.
