Ok, I have seen quite a few spectacular rumors on here, but here is my direct knowledge, i sell saturns, and this is what i know
1. GM Performance Parts are on the way
2. There is a ride and drive Monday = mucho information
3. No supercharger, that was for the ion redline 2 liter, the compression ratio is different, plus turbos and exhausts run on different pieces, crank as compared to exhaust, this a light scroll turbo perfect for the situation at hand.
4. 10,000 units were produced or will be, for a total of 20 cars per dealership
5. < Self-Promoting, Non-SUpporting Dealer Comment Removed By Moderator >
6. No major changes are in store

If any one has any other questions I'll do my best to answer them.

Okay guys, my SKY customer LOVES his Bluestone! He ordered the first Red Line we delivered! And the ride & drive I went to had NOTHING about the SKY. It was Outlook, 2008 VUE and Hybrid Aura.

My dealer told me today that the zone rep for Saturn said:

2 new 6 speed tranny's: 6 speed auto with paddle shifters from the Aura and a new 6 speed manual.

Also one new color for each Solstice and Sky and the Sky color would be Daytona Sunset Orange.

Not sure how accurate, but here is to wishfull thinking.....

Great news if true. Not really 100% sure how paddle shifters work, but that and the color sounds good. Now enter another color to make my decision even harder. That is the option I'm struggling with the most. Hopefully it will be available at the start of production and not later in the year (ie. bluestone). Can't wait to find out what this color actually looks like. I've been waiting for 2008 models, and don't want to have to wait even more if I decide I want the orange. Orange would match my Custom Harley... too cool.

Pictures of Daytona Sunset Orange. One drawback on this lovely choice of color its a 3-phase paint so in our case we had a recall on coupe top had to replace SO dealer got to repaint top to match car. It does not match almost impossible to match this lovely color. In other words they DO NOT make a touch up paint for Daytona Sunset Orange.

They have been working on the orange for about 8 months. I heard it was really nice and is suppose to be the new 2008 color also. But no final announcement has been out yet I believe. I'm not sure about the other info but I'll try to find out. But the reps are wrong with alot of their info.

I stopped by my Saturn store a few days ago and asked about changes. The only color change on their release information was a change of shade on the Graphite. Option list is basically the same, with a few option items on the 2.4 coming as standard equipment. All will have federally mandated tire pressure sensors. For now, that's about it.

I have paddle shifters on my Saab and they're awesome!
