This is exactly what my wife and I felt like when we sat in the Subaru BRZ demo just before we let our allocation go. The BRZ would have been almost $31K out the door with tax, title, license and fees, at MSRP.

I'll wait for a base model FR-S when they have a bunch sitting on the lot and they're ready to bargain a bit.
