Gravana Sky

Here are the pics of the Sky we built for Saturn for the GM SEMA Booth. Per GM's request, we kept the OEM front bar chrome, we upgraded to the Redline headlights, and we omitted the driving lamps.

These are the same pics shown by GMPR, USA Today, Leftlane News, Edmunds, Etc.:

Most of the parts will take @ 6-12 months to come to market, depending on Saturn.

The following parts from the show car are available now:
Hahn Turbo System
Gravana Carbon Fiber Functional Hood Vents
OZ Racing Wheels
Katzkin Suede Center Seat Covers
Spec Clutch & Flywheel
Boston Acoustics OE Upgrade Speakers

The following parts from the show car are in production with ETAs:
Adjustable Coil-Over Suspension - 6 weeks
Wilwood Big Brake Kit - 8-10 weeks
Carbon Fiber Engine Cover - 12 weeks+

Fully Loaded 2.4 N/A. The split-tip single exhaust sounds incredible. It reminds me a an old Lotus race car.

Thx!

PS - The decals have taken the most criticism so far on other forums, but they are necessary to build such a project.

Gravana Saturn Sky

Most people like how we added the lower side vents to teh existing vents, widened them & made them functional, and moved them all forward to create a longer, sleek appearance.

The rear center section with center exit exhaust is hot too. (NPI) I will post sound clips whenever I get the chance.

Talked to Jim @ Gravana this week, its not going to happen unless we can gather up 20 or so people for them to justify the cost of the mold. I tried to drum up some takers in August but there wasn't enough interest

Yeah I understand that with the economy and all for sure. But as far as the mold is concerned what the hell happened to the one for the sema sky? lol

If it was from scratch then I could understand but the development has already been done and mold had to be made for the first one right??? Unless it was jsut thrown away which I find strange.

But as for the kit though I'm really looking at the front end and the side skirts as I dont really care for the rear end too much. So i guess im outta luck there lol. I jsut cant bring myself to like the RK kit as I find it Fugly to say the least. I wonder though about the CF engine cover they made for the Sema Sky?

Lack of interest killed this project. Gravana could not justify spending the money on this when 20-30 other products had much, much higher demand. The same thing happened with the staggered 5-spoke wheels for the Sky.

If the demand for the front bumper resurfaces, and 25 people are ready to buy (not kicking tires, but ready to pay), that would justify revisting the project.

Thanks - I hope that helps!
