Jump to newest/latest post in a topic/thread?

I'm wondering if there's a way to jump to the newest/unread/latest post in a thread other than go-to-thread then click-on-Last.

I know how to see the newest ones, but (for example) in the What Did You Do To YOur Sky Today thread there are almost 2800 replies, and when I go to the forum I have to skip to the end. And if there's a new page of replies since my last visit, I'd have to remember that I hadn't seen the first post on the last page, go back a page, and see what's going on.

First world problems, I know, but if I'm missing something, I'd welcome a gentle clue-batting, and if not, feature request?

Just click on the little Chevron at the start of the heading. It will take you to the first post you have not read.

Thank you for the gentle clue-batting . I was wondering what those symbols meant but had not dug deeply enough (I.e. At all).
