Garage
I think I would paint them to match.

But I also considered painting the lower half yellow and then hydro dipping the top carbon fiber.

Black might make them look larger on the white car, not sure.

I have both sets off the car now, so I can actually compare them side by side. But I could not get a picture to show the difference.

On the stock mirror when you look into it straight on your reflections is very near the same size, on the big mirrors it appears to be almost 1/3rd smaller. But the back ground behind you increases dramatically, in my garage it appeared that another 10 foot to the left was visible. Tried to get a picture, but my ugly mug was to over powering, well ugly was a better word. It is very hard to explain how much more vision to the rear they provide. I feel I have failed on that. Maybe when others get their sets they will be able to word it better.

You talk about confusion!! (skersfan's post 12 of 19)

Ask skersfan about who was called for the 1st Place trophy of the modified class at Black Hawk, NASSAM2018. The Red car (driving away at the top of the banner on this forum page) was the car that was awarded the 1st Place. Just ask Bob about it. There was an auditorium of witnesses. But there was a mix-up by NASSAM staff due to our parking space used within our group. It was straightened out though with the real winner, as Bob said.

I think you should paint them Hydro blue and mail them to me cause at that point they wont match your car.

You could always put them on black look at it if you don't like them take them off and get them painted.
