Trying to catch up on a few threads. Took mine out for a hwy. blast the other day. Tons of cool air... the Big whoosh.. working good.

Pioneer head unit.. looks good. Somewhere in my attic is a huge Pioneer home audio systems. Been listening to Pioneer eq. from the 70's. on.

The NASSAM 2018 meet: Looks like a lot of fun for those attending. I had a great time at the Lexington meet. Thanks John and all his helpers
.
I see the alignment chart and specs. About to do my alignment soon too. Found some specs. the other day searching around here.

Glad to see Robo the road kill warrior has his ride back together. Looks good sitting there on a very windy day. It belongs there with the others around it, stands out imho.

skersfan: He is a Porsche driver. He does not remember ever seeing anything like my car. Took him for a ride. Was impressed.

Robotech: the judge really liked the car. Said this is only like the second one he has seen.

Key words for me: " Ever Seeing Anything"," Impressed."" Really Liked" "Second one he has seen." There you have it from non-Kappa owners, on their impressions of our car.

Lot of things going on for me coming up. Not top down weather right now, but a lot of driving to come. Daughter/husband closing on a house in a few days... house warming party visit. Two birthdays with party's visits, 2nd grandson baby shower visit. 2nd Grandson birth visit. Putting a few miles on the car soon, then into the shop for some work... rear diff fluid change, 4-wheel alignment, new brake pads, maybe new plugs before the top down driving season begins. Then the trip to shore run. You-Tube special among other runs I hope to post soon. LAC Films

Welcome to any new owners that I might have missed along the way. Happy Peramgrin smile season for you all.

Took a trip to Kerrville and drove the three twisted sisters in the TX hill country with the SWSC this past weekend. It was wet early in the day and still damp into the afternoon but that didn't stop us from tearing up the twisties. This is probably the dirtiest group of Kappas you will ever see.

Yearly inspection, oil change, and passenger side airbag recall. Then took her in for some new shoes. FINALLY replaced the original tires with Pirelli P Zero Nero tires. Can't believe the difference from the original tires...it's like a new car!

The dealership apparently already had the parts necessary. I simply called concerning my inspection, oil change and said I also had the recall. I was there less than two hours.

they improve the look of the truck a lot.

I added the canned Trifecta tune today. Wow, what a great addition for a low price! Extremely simple to do, too.

Ran mine for a good 4-5 hours yesterday. Nice easy cruise through the backroads around here. One or err.. two blasts of the turbo.. just to make sure it IS working properly... yes it does LAC. Ok then... mission accomplished.

I have some minor top repairs to make again.. more stitching has come loose or weakened above the rear window. Not something I haven't done before on my Kappa.

Car runs great. 39,601 on the odo for now. Coming up on 5 years owning this gem. Yes I made the right choice with this car. Smooth riding, head snapping appeal, and the Big whoosh too. Life is good, when you smile they way we Kappa owners do.

Now.. when do I Return to Canal Rd, with the Go-Pro? Soon maybe like today LAC! Could be...
Safe driving out there gang...

LAC

Getting ready for road trip to gain some trunk space I removed the air compressor kit and installed an emergency co2 tire repair kit it is only about 4x5x1.5 velcroed to the side of the trunk.

Make it a good day.

You made me curious because I hadn't heard of those. All the links I could find are for bicycle, ATV and motorcycle kits.
