Where do these clips attach?

The 2 clips on the hood release cable going over to the passenger side?

I can't seem to find a place that they'll stay put. Tried on the hood weatherstrip piece and couldn't get them to really clip on.

You probably need to add pictures of what you're talking about.

What he said.

Assuming that the Sky and Solstice are the same.

There are three double-ended clips, clipped to the cowl support rods.

There is also one clip molded into the HVAC condenser housing.

Thanks for the pics, I didn't have my camera available when I went to look. I'm sometimes hesitant to rely on my car as it is a First 1000 and I know that they were still changing things on the line when mine was built. You pictures look exactly like the clips on mine and in the same locations.

I'm always happy to find consistencies. I used to assume that anything that could be the same among the cars would be, but I have started to question that more and more and pretty much always make the disclaimer.
