I made several attempts to call Accel support but just got the round around. Accel is owned by Holley so I call Holley and they tell me the Supertuner is handled by another company, blah blah. Meanwhile, everyone's out to lunch or away from their desks. In a span of three days I spent almost an hour trying to locate a knowledgeable person about this product.
I suppose I could have tried harder but I get the impression this multi headed conglomerate of over a dozen companies, is just another mismanaged, do more with less, uncaring organization of the times.
Maybe I'll just email them. Lol...
