Still Having Trouble

For three years, I have been fighting the dreaded limp mode on my 2008 Sky Redline. I have put a new battery in and that did not fix it. It keeps throwing the P2119 code. I thought I might look at the throttle body and see if it needs to be cleaned. I feel so stupid. I took the tube from the air breather off and thought that was the throttle body, but that goes into the turbo. Where is the throttle body on the 2.0 turbo engine?

On the driver side of the engine. Follow the aluminum intake tube from the intercooler, joins with the rubber intake pipe that curls up and into the throttle body from below. See the rubber tube in the middle of the attached photo - follow that to the right (rear).

Sounds like my issue had a crack in the intercooler right down the seam hard to see, smoke test nailed it
