Ahhhhhh, please don't!

You can take new ones when you see me next, I am 25lbs down so far and probably about 45lbs lighter when I see you next.

I am also in 2nd place in "The Biggest Loser" contest at work out of 20 people. I Plan on taking first and the $1500 prize! That, and some tax money, may have to go to JPM for some interior work!

Thanks Guys........ It feels good, starting to get back to the REAL ME, I was always around 200 and under and the last 6 years I got up to 248 ......really unhealthy . The good part is I enjoy the workouts, which makes it easier to achieve goals and keep it up! It is amazing how LITTLE food I need to survive. I am down to 1200 or less calories a day. I guess I should consider it a blessing in this economy, I am LITERALLY saving $20-$25 PER DAY from the VOLUME of food I was up to!

April 25th Mike. I will be in Florida. It seems like I make plans for 1 out of 4 weekends and it is always on MASSC EVent days lately.........I cannot win!

END

So now that it is April, I figure we should start getting the details for this run together.

BLUF: Meet at State Line Lookout, Palisades Interstate Parkway, 11:00am, Saturday, April 25th

Details:

We will meet at the State Line Lookout on the Palisades Interstate Parkway.
Details on how to get on the PIP and where State Line Lookout is can be found here, Palisades Interstate Parkway (Palisades Interstate Park - NJ Section)

We will meet at 11:00am. There is a snack shop with rest rooms there, which I recommend everyone use before we start the run.

We will depart State Line Lookout promptly at 12:00 noon for the run, which will take us up the Palisades Parkway to Bear Mountain, through Bear Mountain and Harriman State Parks, then west on 17A to Warwick, NY.

The run will take about 2 hours, and we won't make any stops until the winery in Warwick, where we will have a chance to sample their wines and ciders, have some lunch and listen to some live music.
