Auction Sky - not mine

Attached is a link for a Sky coming up in a auction that is local to me. 08 base, white, auto, 68k. This is an annual auction, and last year it was a buyers market, prices were quite low. Online bidding will be available prior to the auction. If someone is interested, I believe I may be able to go take a look...

That is a beautiful car! I don't see too many of the white ones. Wish I had the money to get my hands on that one. =)
Congrats in advance to whoever does.

Absolutely NOT. Did u take a look at the engine compartment? The engine liner to begin with has water stains all over it....engine is dirty. The trunk is a disaster. Although the steering wheel is wrapped in leather...it is ugly. It has the cheap rims....and it will probably go off for about 2K...good parts car. It is the cheap model NA.

This is a BEAUTIFUL car...and an NA

Agree. That looks to me like it was a flood car. Do not touch.

If I were interested, I would run a Carfax. The car shows a Pawnee County, KS license plate, which is a rural area in Kansas (largest town is about 7k population). Not much flooding around here, if the car has lived in KS all its life. No, it won't bring a lot of money.

Ive said this before and ill say it again. The cars are getting rarer and rarer everyday. Its a beautiful body on the car, no one even cares what in it, they will swap what they want into it, its not that hard to do(many companies alone out there that will do it, not to mention private parties).
Even the un modified base models are beginning to be worth more. Just have to find someone who wants the car.

See, I see the "water damage" on the headliner and I just think "that looks just like mine did before I got the new hood". To me it looks like they live somewhere like I do. High amounts of pollen and dust in the air with insane levels(90% and higher) everyday of humidity.
Ruins those things. Mine looked just like it before I took it out, actually cleaned it, dried it out, and redyed it.

I could completely be wrong, but that's what I see.
And personally I like the "cheap" rims. I cant stand the chrome, I cant wait to swap mine out for aftermarket. lol. Everyone has a preference though.

That's full retail price in this area. I didn't pay much more for my redline at a dealer.
