3D printing them? Still plastic, but I guess you can change the size and shape.

I'm sure some would...but who knows which car you could borrow which cap from. Don't know how universal things like power steering, brake, and coolant tank caps are.

Weren't these just covers that went over the caps and didn't replace them? It's been so long...

All of the caps except the one for washer fluid went over the existing caps. The one for the gas cap was so heavy that it wouldn't stay in place. It does make a nice desk ornament, though.

Actually, they can be printed in nylon and in carbon fiber-nylon. They can be made very robust and would appear like carbon fiber.
