Onstar Phone

I am a new skyroadster member. I purchased a Kenwood navigation system last year. I also have a Onstar telephone subscription. I can not lower the telephone volume on the navigation system. Does anyone know how to do it? Thanks in advance for your help.
I have a 2009 red-line.

Garage
It is usually controlled with your large volume knob on your radio...or your steering wheel control.

MM is right john. I have a Kenwood, and while you are in a call you should be able to adjust the phone volume with either the volume knob on the unit, or the volume buttons on the steering wheel. If that doesnít work, then most likely the place that did the install did not wire it up correctly. No complaints on mine, although I donít use OnStar. Canít imagine why it would make any difference, but Iíve been wrong before.
