Best Gear Oil for Manual Transmission?

As the title says:

What's the best gear oil for a Sky manual transmission?

I know in most circles (read "Miata or Corvette") there is always a sacred lube that helps make the trans shift smoothly. Sometimes it's hype. Sometimes it's glorious. Has anyone found such a lube for the aisin?

Not for the Aisan, but I used Redline on my Lambo and it improved synchro action quite noticeably. That is what I will eventually put in my Aisan.

Thanks for the input. Which viscosity of RedLine would you be using? GL-4, since the synchros are brass. Would you go with 75w90?

The miata folks sing the praises of MotorCraft XT-M5-QS in their aisin and mazda transmissions. Makes it an interesting option

I think that would be the one to try.
