The 7 lb springs are stiff but suit my taste. If I were competing in the car I would probably fine tune that, but as I'm not, I'm happy with it.
I set the car up to my own specs and corner weighted it (just for the heck of it as the equipment was all there when I had it aligned). I set ride height at dead stock as any lowering would have resulted in bottoming going into my own driveway!
I don't have my alignment data handy but could look it up if you wanted it.
I suspect you wouldn't be unhappy with the 7 lb springs all around, but you can always chaneg them later if you were - I'd start with that.
Once mine was set up it handles very well indeed. You know how you can't see the instruments when it is sunny out? I was driving a nice deserted winding road with big sweepers at a comfortable speed with my wife beside me (she shouts out if she thinks I'm going too fast) and looked at the speedo when we went into shade in the middle of a corner at what I felt was a comfortable speed (which also met the spouse approval level as I heard nothing from the right seat) and noticed I was doing 100 mph through the corner....
