Anyone know about this tire

Seems to be a good price, gets good reviews, but the biggest complaint is noise and in a convertible this is kind of a big deal (especially to an acoustic engineer) so anyone know how noisy are these?

Thank you for thinking of us, davhamm!

I've driven this tire on a Q-50 (hard top of course) and had no complaints with regard to road noise. That being said, road noise is somewhat subjective but what I can also tell you is that the Signature V scored 4 out of 5 in road noise through independent 3rd party testing we had done (3 being typical/average and 5 being the best).

I would be looking for a tire that has more than 3 reviews.

One last item I forgot to mention... Vogue offers a 30 DAY "BUY AND TRY" GUARANTEE on all their tires, so if you're not satisfied with them you can return them.

Link doesn't work, are you saying you have these tyres? What do you think of the noise?

I've been talking to someone on FB that has the Raptors and he likes them. Autocrosses with them. No long term wear review from him yet which is what i'm waiting for. I am considering them for daily driver tires.

The link didn't work for me either, but it was basically showing that the Vogues come in 2 flavors from the site that you linked: ones like your link, and one that is best suited and seen (at least around my parts, in my lifetime, and in my Dad's reality) on Cadillacs. I do not have either tire, but I thought about them.

https://www.discounttire.com/fitment...and-VOG&text=#

I've had Rikens (I think it was the Raptor) a car I had. I liked them in all weather except shallow snow. In the heat, the rain, and in deep snow they surprised me. The only time I got a surprise was on a cloverleaf trying to enter I-70 with less than an inch of snow, but it might've been my fault. I would buy them before the Vogues, as I've had experience with the Riken tires.

This Sky's not perfect, but it's perfect...for me

Go with the tires GM puts on the Sky's when they roll off the lot.

At high speeds the Sky is very sensitive to pot holes.

Also - the Goodyear tires look great.

Cheap tires can be uncomfortable and brittle - but hard on your shocks.

If you're on a budget go with:

https://www.walmart.com/ip/Goodyear-...e-tire/5172553

And if you want the smoothest ride go with:

https://www.walmart.com/ip/Goodyear-...-tire/43084477

I don't recommend run-flat tires - they wear out too quickly.

I have some old Eagle F1s on my car Emmett and no way would I purposefully put these on my car if these had not been free.

There are better options now 11 years later.
