Also, are the quad tips going to look anything like RPIs?? Because I absolutly love theirs but their system is just so expensive since its made from 300 grade SS... Thanks in advance for your help. No since it doesn't modify the CAT which is the component that is used to control emissions.

The only warranty you void is the original exhaust since it would no longer be on the car.

Awesome, I was wondering if I could stuff it into the passenger seat, but that takes car of the issue!

Hi,

I assume that the muffler coming on the Sky Redline already has a fairly low resistance to exhaust going through it. Besides the nice sound and looks with this exhaust kit, what kind of performance gains can we expect when the stock muffler is removed?

Also, do you offer dual pipes that are round at the tips rather than the squared off ones?

thanks

The OEM muffler is rather large and does have a fair amount of baffling in it. The Street Race, which has no muffler, greatly increases flow. The turbo will spool up faster and earlier, along with power gains along the lines of 10whp+. The more you free up the flow, the more gains you will see, especially when adding on aftermarket parts. The catalytic converter is the most restrictive part of the entire exhaust.

In the summer, we will be releasing dual tips that are round. If you would like to order fairly soon, we can ship you the kit with the square tips, and then just send you a set of the round tips when they are released for the price difference, which is rather small. We have offered this to anyone who has wanted to dual round tips, but was in a hurry to purchase an exhaust. If you have any more questions, feel free to call me at 516-655-9002 or email at [email protected]

got a vid of your exhaust? im curious to hear what it sounds like with no muffler. seems like itd be too raspy and nasty sounding without some kind of muffler.

Hey V3nom,
We have a ton of sound clips on this page, which I put together a while ago: SOLO Exhaust Systems- Videos and Sound Clips - Pontiac Solstice Forum

It is definitely not nasty sounding...I run it on my car with a catless downpipe, and mine is a daily driver. Call me at 516-655-9002 with any questions you may have, or to place an order. You can call anytime

I wish...

I'd love the quad tip race exhaust but my car is a daily driver and the state of VA requires the vehicle to have a muffler in order to pass the annual (or anal) safety inspection.
