skersfan I bought a set. My body guy says they are quality pieces. Getting ready to install soon.

ChopTop Sky owners must like these because the seller just posted on FB that he only has one set left.

Still not sure I like them. Would have preferred something with a little sharper line, but they are what they are.

Not a high priority currently. Trying desperately to get the yellow car on the road. So tired of paying insurance and a storage facility site for 18 months and no car to drive. It sucks.
Yea, them having that bumper in stock is crazy. I wouldn't expect any dealership to have a part for our cars like that one (meaning something that's not a shared part with other platforms) sitting on a shelf.

Yea, that's not a bad price skersfan. I paid about $200 for a used bumper shipped via Greyhound Bus from Texas. So yea, that for a new bumper isn't bad.

We decided that the damaged bumper was too far to go. Got on line and looked for a replacement bumper, could not find one from area junk yards and supposedly parts guy checked farther. Nothing avaiable that was insurance grade. But my local GM dealer has one in stock. UN frigging believable. 280.00 bucks with shop discount, supposed to be at the shop in the morning. You got a great price and that truly is UNBELIEVABLE.

I am guessing I will have another 400.00 in them to have them professionally installed and painted. I am a nut bag on having things done right, and have a vision of what they will look like installed. it makes a different bumper than RK or Norm's, which interested me. Like to be different than others, so they seem to fit. We will see. Like I said I am keeping my stock bumper so if I don't like the new look. No loss and will have a complete custom bumper to sell. Who knows .
Unless he gave you a way better deal, mine was 467.69 shipped to my house. Aka, 400 euro.

If it looks good, I will always have a perfect front bumper to replace if I don't like them or something happens to them.

It will be a couple of weeks before we try this is my guess. Will try to keep you posted.

skersfan Body shop hasn't seen them yet. He will know how to do it if it is possible. California does not allow a lot of stuff that is used elsewhere. May have a set of dust collectors, not sure.

Going to drag out a damaged front bumper and have it fixed with these attached. Do not want to put them on my car until I see them and how strong they really are. Hope the body guy is more impressed with them than I am.
