We live near Idyllwild, California. Close to Palm Springs for a name of recognition.
Can possibly make the run in August, but the 20th of July will be at the FJ Cruiser National Summit, in Ouray, Colorado. At the base of the Million Dollar Highway that runs to Durango. A beautiful, high altitude windy mountain road. Normal car at normal speed takes near 4 hours to go the 80 miles, high passes and some of the most beautiful views in the world. Wish I could figure away to take the new toy!!!!!
Any details on the one in August listed?

Dave sent out an email with an outline to head down to Solvang together back on May 28th. The core of it is below. I don't think anyone is taking a support vehicle; the closest is that I'm going to be trying out a new kappa rack and may only use half the space on it for a single dry bag. That said, Jen and I are going to be hiking along the coast the following week rather than returning with the group.

Lynn Jake, and I just booked a room at the Wine Valley Inn, across the street, and about a block a way. They are dog friendly. I hope it is not too late to be added to the reservations for dinner on Saturday night. what time are people going down on Friday, and are any of us planning on going down as part of a group? I would love to join if they are.
I know this is probably a long shot, but, is any body taking down a support vehicle? If possible, I would like to send down 5 gallons of E-85.
