Drove the family to Kentucky and back this week for a wedding and in the entire 2400 mile round trip through Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, Kentucky and Western North Carolina, we saw only 3 Kappas:
1 Solstice with Indiana plates northbound on I-65 mid-state on Thursday.
1 Solstice parked in front of a dealership in LaGrange Kentucky on Saturday.
1 Yellow Sky just east of Lexington Kentucky, westbound on I-64 on Sunday.
Sorry we couldn't take my Sky (my wife, her mom and my youngest accompanied). The 30 or so mile stretch of US 441 from Gatlinburg TN to Cherokee NC is a spectacular winding mountain road through the Great Smoky Mountains, rising to over 5000 ft with several short tunnels and numerous pull-overs with amazing views. At one point, you pass through a tunnel and enter a tight 360 degree turn that takes you back over the tunnel you just exited, but about 100 feet higher.
