Sunruner19 sent me a 2006 Motor Trend article suggesting that a concept Sting Ray V6 based on a Kappa platform and badged Chevrolet would be produced. Does anyone know if the concept car was ever made for a show?

It appears the only Stingray concept to make it to build was on the Corvette platform, displayed at the 2009 Chicago Auto Show:

If you click on the Google image search above, that car is mainly what comes up. The same vehicle was also featured in the Transformers movie.
