aaaAAHHHHH...now its the refund......

and now the sales manager at VERA saturn is telling me he has to have the head finance guy and dealership owner sign off on my deposit refund?!?! funny thing is hmmm... i never saw them nor shook there hands when giving my deposit, and i gave them straight cash, wouldnt it be nice if you walked into a dealer and met the guy who owns it and then perhaps he says he appreciates your business, instead now i just have to deal with his busy golf playing or whatever schedule to sign off on my refund?!?:banghead: give me a break give me my money back! i need it soon
