Just wondering if anybody has any theories on where all the low VIN numbers are. We have a few people reporting over 1000 already, but we only have 1 person under 200. Were they just premade without specs and sitting on the lot waiting for those lucky few that pick the right combo of options? Are they sitting on the lots waiting for chrome wheels (if so, that sucks, give me my painted wheels and build the chromes when they come in!). Are they sittin on the lots waiting for red interior (ditto above). Are they just on the back of the lot and the trucks are loading starting at the front of the lot? Just wondering if anyone has any insight on this issue. I just want my SKY already!

My theroy was the first 400 were used for the Ship to commerce decision. And then the ones that needed some rework were taken out and may have been waiting for parts, or even sold to GM executives, Car magazines for testing ect... and what ever was left over were probably enteren back int o the mix to be matched with an order that was existing.. Remember not all sky owners are members of this forum, so many of those low numbers may have been delievered and we not know it...
