Greetings from the Solstice Forum!!

Okay, every time I see one, I come here and post.

Same with over at Soslticeforum

And it seems like no one is ever a member of the forums!

Come on, there are only, like, 3 Skys in the entire area.

So seriosuly, you've got to be out there.

Here's what I spotted last night.

A White Sky, going North on Woodward in Royal Oak (bloomfield maybe?) just south of 14 Mile at about 9:00pm last night.

I was sitting in Mt Chalet with some friends, enjoying a little brew, and watching the traffic. Woodward is ALWAYS a great place to sit and traffic watch. I had my eyes peeled for a solstice (getting mine any day now...) and there she was. A beautiful white Sky.

So seriosuly, you've got to be out there.

Here's what I spotted last night.

May be helpful to know where you are talking about, State and City.... alot of cities have those names somewhere in town.

usually when someone says Royal Oak and doesn't specifiy a state, they mean royal oak, michigan.

Sorry...wish I could SEE all the way into Michigan from Chicago, but my vision isn't that good. :jester: I've been keeping my eyes peeled for Skys and Sols for weeks now. Have not seen any Skys on the streets...but have seen 2 Sols...well, now that I think about it...it might have been the same Sol cuz both of the ones I saw were black. And the jerk that was driving it, was driving it like a TOTAL [email protected] too! :brentil: I guess he felt that he had to impress the 8th graders standing on the corner by squealing away from a stoplight. Needless to say, it did NOT impress me. :nono: I just WISH I had my Sky so that I could have pulled up next to him just to see the look on his face. :lol:

My Sol will arrive soon. I'm no jackass. I'll be treating the car right.

But here in SE Michigan, I've seen so many Sols and Skys. I've seen at least 3 skys now. I say one before they started arriving. Silver. Or grey metallic. Seems to be my luck, too. I saw a pre-production Sol pull into the hotel I was staying at for a wedding in East Lansing last year.

I've seen a green, white, and silver Sky. I've seen a Deep, Mysterious, Aggressive, Solstice. Which may or may not have been the same ones. But I see them all the time... Hardly a day goes by that I don't get a glimpse of one of the twins.

Hey dreamer! I've been posting for a long time but I never saw this area. Most members post in the "general sky discussion" If you post there you will get a lot of posts back at you.

By the way, I am in Clinton Township and drive a silver pearl...it's out whenever the sun is! Otherwise I'm in my pick-up! Hope to see you on the road!

Just joined the ranks of "got Mine". Chili Red has come to Temperance, Michigan and were looking for places to go.
We will have our Sky in a car show here on May 25th- Kroger Parking in Lambertville ,in the lot during the evening No other Skys here and they thought it would be fun to have it displayed...$5 entry which goes to help Mississippi with the huricane damage. If you get a chance, stop by.

Temperance is down there. But I drive through it often. My wife's family is in Ohio.
