Two days ago I got a phone call from the Saturn plant asking me what I thought about my new Sky. Most of the converstion had to do with how it performed, likes, dislikes, etc. I was pleasantly surprised by that gesture and the individual and I had a pleasant conversation. :thumbs:
Well, today I got a customer satisfaction survey in the mail to complete. I haven't seen any reference to this on the forum unless I missed it. It was a two page survey asking how I felt about the service and treatment I got from the Saturn Dealer I purchased my Sky from. I’m sure that Saturn does this on all new purchases but this surely would be the prime opportunity for those owners who were given the “MSRP Bump” or the “you must wait till the next one comes in” routine, to express their feelings. It surely would be more productive then constantly griping about it on this forum. :banghead: There is nothing wrong in expressing dissatisfaction but now is your time for real “payback”.
The dealers name is on the survey and you have room to write in comments at the end to support any negative ratings.
In my case, I was happy to report how satisfied I was and how my dealer went out of his way to help me. :thumbs: Now it’s your turn.
Has anybody else got that personal phone call or this dealer survey? Must be others out there.
