Is it possible the dealer made a mistake?
I have custom ordered almost every car I have ever bought. I bet the same *&^&*&^up info was happening while they built those (2 were Saturns). The big difference?rick112 said:I really don't understand how a company like GM can have such a problem with order tracking and communication with customers. I realize that most people see an advertizment and go to the dealer to purchase a car from the lot but the way they deal with special orders sux.
I completely agree! The first 4 months of our wait I didn't really think about our order since it was just a deposit anyways.TexSon said:The internet and instant know, combined with this web site has made us either more informed or more anxious consumers!

Second time I've been told my car would be here the first week of May and then confusion follows. I doubt I could stop checking on it though and I'm understanding of the issues that they are having with communication. GM doesn't deal with a lot of limited production runs with such a high demand so it's understanable that their tracking system is poor.
