one time the heads lights work the it don't changed bulb worked then didn't
Do the high and low beams not work at the same time? In other words, if the low beams are not working, what happens if you switch to the high beams?

If it is a ground problem it will be one of the three ground wires located on the hood hinge tower. Undo all 3 and use sand paper or a similar abrasive to clean both the wire end and the tower connection. I beleive the left and right headlight fueses are in the underhood fuse block. If you lose power to the light check to make sure there is power to the fuse for that side when the light isn't working.

This makes a lot of sense.
