Just got off Saturns Customer Service line. I am waiting for my dealer to get back to me late this afternoon. In the meantime, thought I'd best get information on who to contact in case I need to go to Saturn. I explained my situation to the caller rep. She said they are getting "lots" of calls like mine today. Reps have instructions to advise callers to send an email to: [email protected] In body of message put ATTN: Jill Lajdziak. Per the rep, they are compiling the feedback from those of us on lists where suddenly the owners have changed direction, be it pricing or images issues. I will not hesitate if we cannot work things out. Oh, and remember, you can use feedback to share positive experiences, too! Hope this helps.
