[Strobe]

Some sage Forum Members pointed out that the prior Emergency Trunk Opening Mod is unusable when the top is up. I was more concerned about getting the top up due to rain. Did not consider needing this with the top up. Some other members were concerned about involving the tulip panels themselves. Good points from all! Revisited the mod and determined a new mounting method.

This will require some CUTTING! Not much…but a little tricky.

Nicely done Strobe. Could come in handy if the trunk lid won't open for whatever reason.

At first I was thinking: That handle is in case someone is locked in the trunk, oh wait only a chihuahua could fit back there.
That handle is so hard to pull I do not know how anyone in the trunk could pull that thing anyway.
Nice job! I just bought my car and before reading the entire post I went to the garage and checked behind my driver seat for this. That is a compliment, I thought it was there on my car too LOL.
