So I've been driving the Sky to work for the last few days. First time I've done that since last April. Oh how I missed this car. I finally have enough miles on it to get its first oil change so my son is taking it to his work tomorrow to do that. I did get an opportunity this morning to snap a quick picture of it after I parked it. The setting just seemed so right I had to and it's probably one of the best pictures I've taken of it to date so I had to share.

Update on the new engine and tune. Power is retarded in this thing. Doesn't take much to get it going. Spool time is more than acceptable and I'm still 10 psi shy of where it will eventually be. Tune looks good except for one spot in the throttle down low. Likes to go stupid lean for some reason. Other than that and the fuel trims being way off it's looking pretty good. I want to rework the fuel pump in the tank though. Right now if it gets to 1/4 tank it starts starving for fuel. This isn't good. Getting range anxiety. LOL

The alternator went out in my daily and I couldn't get to it till the following weekend so I did my daily 125 mile round tripcommute all last week in my Sky. Cold and rainy but I did get some top down time in. What a great little car!

My son learned to drive manual in this car and even took his driving test for the DMV in this car. LOL He is pretty responsible when it comes to Dad's Sky. LOL
