Great looking car! How did you get the effect of the dark headlights? tint the outside or paint the inside?

My guess is that his headlights may have less weathering to them than yours. If you clear up your headlights, it’ll actually look darker like his. Pretty easy process that just takes some patience and elbow grease.

The headlight lens is very easy to buff to perfection.

Take the headlight off the car.
Buff it with a polishing compound and rotary buffer.

I did it to the lower lens, results as shown.

Looks good--and after you did it, you put on some clear vinyl to keep it looking that way, yes?

No, just waxed it.

4 screws and two wiring clips. Can't get any easier than that!
