Had an interesting day. This will be prolly my only post, don't ask about these pics, just enjoy.

The first two show that two ten year old girls fit in the trunk (tried it as a joke, surprised when they did). WARNING - do not try this at home, the trunk was never latched, b/c we didn't want anything serious to happen.

before anyone asks - NO, a normal sized adult will NOT fit in the trunk. We tried. A single average to small sized 12 year old boy will fit too.

Then, went shopping with it, so heres a couple of pics of what can fit. Who says there's no storage? It was surprising.

Hope this doesn't get anyone into trouble - the owner was gracious enough to drive the car to and from the store, and said he could not allow anyone else to drive it because of policy.

i would say it is one of the engineers taking it for runs, they have been doing that with pre production cars for months...

Yes, worry more about the Sky badge and not the fact were measuring trunk space by the number of elementry school children bodies that can be shoved in the trunk.

I will say mystery poster, you made me laugh, I like your kung-fu.

I would have thought that your first question was obvious. Nobody yet owns a SKY.

can also tell you tht it gets around quite good in the snow.

From the evidence at hand...

1. Michigan Plates
2. Two young (twin?) daughters
3. Just joining the DVD revolution or a gift for the girls? (40 buck Wal-mart DVD player?)
4. You own a young dog (dog food and Febreeze for his lack of potty training)
5. Live in a suburban home (Diveway, Detergent, Drytel)

and the powers of google...

I have determined you are:
Michael Clayton of Flint, MI and you had the six of diamonds

Isn't this a selling feature, usually reserved for Mafia type customers, interested in Lincolns and Caddys..

Sorry that this will be your only post. You seem to have direct contact with a production Sky. Even if you are only the passanger please tell us about her ride! Or have your friend log on and give us their experience with the car.

Thanks very much for your imput so far.

This is truely a suprising post. I am amazed at how many grocery items where loaded into the trunk. We've been led to believe the trunk has little if no storage. These pictures clearly show 3-4 times the amount I was thinking was in there. I'm pleasantly surprised!

Actually the definition of a roadster is a 2 passanger car with additional folding seats (the rumble seat) instead of a trunk!

Bad, bad boy. You got that mixed up.. For the first few months (atleast!) I am not sure how much I will be sharing MY car. especialy since I am not getting much sympathy for whinning around this house atleast from the 17 year old son or my husband. Nobody seems very excited so when it is sitting nice an pretty in the drive way I might be a little reluctant to share.

 Kimmi:rolleyes:

One of the things I love about this car is it doesn't have extra seat for extra people. I am Happily pas the soccer mom stage with all kids now driving there own cars and not needing the chauffer.
