I just came across this book, and wish I had the dough for this, but I thought y'all might enjoy it:

If you search The Pontiac Solstice Book... there is excellent information about the book on the forum. I picked up mine a month ago....

A couple years back apparently these were plentiful for under $40 according to the solstice forum. Wonder why all of a sudden they all just disappeared?
Then they were still available from the publisher website, but a while back they sold the remaining copies. I assume you already contacted the publisher ?

The publisher is a nice guy. I contacted him back in 2010 about getting the author to do an update of the book to include Saturn, Solstice coupes etc., but he felt that the market didn't warrant it. It would be nice to see a second edition that brought the story to the end, even in a digital format (I'd sure pay for a file with all that stuff in it). Wonder if the excessive prices for the used copies might entice him to reconsider.

I bought a 'second' from him a few months ago but at that point he said he only had about a dozen copies left so I expect that they are all gone now.

I would be interested as well. I just wish I wasn’t late to the game in purchasing my Sky. I find it interesting using the Search Community feature viewing previous posts and many posting by members who were excited ordering and waiting for their new Sky to be delivered. The passion in many of the posting in quite contagious....... just wonder where many of them are now....

Yes - it would be interesting to see how many people bought a Kappa new from the dealer and still own them.
I am one of them.

I've just got the one Sky (purchased this year), but I find myself still looking and considering a second. Maybe a Solstice??? Beyond the super cool and still relevant styling, I think the small size tricks us into thinking we can own more than one.

On the topic of the book....I’d love to get my hands on a book as well, but the prices are outrageous.
