I too have the Continental Extreme Contact DWS06 plus tires, which are all-season ones.The DWS stands for Dry, Wet, and Snow. I have only driven with them in dry and slight drizzle. When it rains, I use my other car, and store the Sky for the winter. I do like these tires.

I used a plate mounting bracket from a Genesis G80 and attached it to the lower grill using big "wing" drywall bolds, The bolts fit within the diamond shaped openings, and the wings spread out against the back of the grill creating a very secure mount. The rash on the bottom front was on the car when I purchased it and was the only thing keeping it from being in perfect condition.
