How does one visually check the coolant level? The factory plastic overflow bottle is translucent and the “proper” cold level is roughly the seam in the bottle. It’s a good quick check to ensure there aren’t any leaks.

My buddy and I had one built for my Grand Pix back in the day. Mine was actually a reservoir for engine coolant and for the supercharger coolant. Best photo I have on my phone ATM.
