any recent business done with him?
is the company still making body parts?
There have been recent posts about Norm's parts, so yes he is still apparently in business. And as slow to deliver as usual, also.

Absolutely is. My mechanic-friend just bought his skirts and splitter a couple weeks ago for his Sky. Took a little bit of time to get the parts made and delivered, but it got done. If you give Norm your VIN, he can paint them for you, too. Norm's a small team but his work kicks ass.

Note that if you get the side skirts, you'll need a mechanical fastener (at minimum) because no matter how damn clean you wipe things down, that stupid double-sided tape never holds as well as we all wish it would. It just doesn't. It's not meant to maintain a fastened part like that for more than maybe 2 years, 3 if you're lucky, especially if your car sits out in weather every now and again. So what happens is, the double-sided tape gradually stretches into disconnection until you do something more about it or just reinstall with new tape repeating the process. For me, I eventually broke down and used a bolt on each side. I drilled and installed it myself and I think I saw my life flash before my eyes before I was done doing it--I swear I still feel PTSD from it--but I did it and I'm happy I did. It went over better than I ever could've hoped. With that combined with a little decoratively-applied automotive ATV along the long top seam, it looks great and is still holding strong and it's been about 4 or 5 years now.

Norm is great and you'll love what you get. At one point, he floated the idea of making some wheel flares but I guess he never got those produced.

Norm has a very small operation, when I last visited a few years ago, it was just Norm and a couple of part-time guys, and a lot of fiberglass parts sitting in molds waiting to be pulled and finished.

How does one get in contact with norm?

I think that hood of his is amazing and would like one. But the comments I've seen on here - paying the money upfront then still waiting 8 months - made me hesitate lol.

Been there and seen how that hood is made. It is no easy process. If there were enough of these cars to warrant stocking them it would be different but there isn’t.

We are a small market, short production run, and off the market for 12-13 years? Paying up front and waIting are part come with the territory. Worth it.

I just received my painted rear fascia for my 2008 RL from Norm. It took twice as long as estimated but it was well worth the wait. Easy install and it looks great.
He told me 3 weeks for side skirts and fenders. It took 7 months... not painted. Spoke to him several times on the phone and would promise it would be 2-3 more weeks each time. Would wait 6 weeks before calling again to get the same story. He does a great job but be prepared to wait, and wait, and wait, and wait...........

Yes, it will take a while, but worth the wait. My suggestion is to order it 6 months before you really want to do the project (I’m a winter project guy) and then it will show up and you will be happy!

Ordered the splitter and fenders from Norm. It took a while but definitely worth the wait. The paint match was superb, he made modifications to some items on my car I wouldn't had even known were a problem, and completely went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect when I left. He is a one man show, completely overwhelmed with orders and I saw how absolutely time consuming it is doing individual custom jobs that need to go through multiple stages to complete. I don't know how he can keep track of the multiple stages of the jobs he has to constantly juggle. He is an absolute perfectionist and it truly shows in his work.

When I figure out what additional modifications I want on my car, I will absolutely order from him and make sure I give him ample lead time of at least a few months.

Norm, it you read this, I can't thank you enough for your help on that rainy day on my way from Detroit to Phoenix.

I have side skirts, custom one off fenders, his GTO hood, custom splitter with center exhaust, and front splitter on Punisher.

This link also has a picture of Norm at SEMA a few years ago.
The front splitter arrived in a couple of weeks
The custom fenders took a year.

The hood arrived in a month- then took me a year to get Joe to paint it.

The Sky rear valence took a couple of weeks.
All great product. Once its on and you can admire it, the wait time seems trivial.

Well, searching on here has helped calm my mind a bit. I'm now in the same boat as everyone else. Ordered a rear diffuser last September, was told 4 weeks...29 weeks later...still waiting. I've had to cancel my exhaust install over and over as I'm told the diffuser is shipping in 2 days, but it never comes. I'm fine waiting, I just want an upfront answer. Totally appreciate the constraints of a small business and I bought from Norm because of the quality I read about on here. It's just a frustration to not have the car done.
