Norm does neat and wonderful things, but you better not have any terminal disease when you order or you will never see the parts. I ordered lower fenders and a hood at the AR NASSAM. Took 2 1/2 years and another person in our group is still waiting 5 years later for a hood. Lots of BS and stalling. Caveat emptor.

I find that a phone call every couple of weeks to touch base works. My custom fenders only took a year. But my GTO hood was delivered in about a month! So its possible.

Just remember that Norm is a one-man shop, and when he is busy, it's still just one guy making all the parts and answering the phone and all the other things that need to be done to run a business. I don't know how he ever gets anything done.

If you’ve ever been there, you would understand how busy it is. Factor in that he is a perfectionist and it all makes sense.

I ordered a Viper Hood, Side Skirts, Rear diffuser In January of 2022 and Spoke with Norm about the Timeframe to ship. He did state he is Super Busy and he expected to ship by March 2022. After that timeframe had passed I spoke with him again and talked about getting them to me in Mid Summer. I stated that I don't want Any Parts or Paint work to be Rushed, and that I would rather wait as long as they were made and painted perfect without flaws. Summer came and went so I called and emailed Norm a few times near the end of 2022. Norm responded a week or so later in an email that he had the parts made, But still needed to be painted. It has Now passed 1 year & 3 months.... I'm really hoping he has them delivered to me before Summer of 2023. I had heard that Norm gets a lot of Custom orders that are very time consuming, which causes him to put off doing work on smaller orders. I haven't been sent any pictures showing any work he has completed on my order yet. Norm seems to be a Really Good Person and spends a lot of extra time painting projects so they look Perfect, which can cause extra delays if he has to Re-paint due to too much Humidity etc.
I do think waiting more than a year is too long....But I also conveyed to Norm Several times that I won't Rush him as long as my Parts are made excellent with outstanding paint work. I hope he delivers that expectation soon... My Redline is waiting Patiently.

Hope you get your parts before summer, so that you can enjoy them.
It really is a gamble on when you’re going to get your parts, but he does make quality stuff.
I bought the entire collection at different times. Longest wait I had was 6 months for the hardtop.
