Yes that was the sound I made today.:banghead:
My car got Rear-ended!!!
Thank goodness no one was hurt (physically)
and the car is still drivable, although it looks afful.
My emotions are a wreck.
I did call the insurance company and they said I gotta wait till Monday to here from the other parties insurance company to find out what to do. I will probably go to the dealer to find out how long they would "guess" that I would be without my baby.
Hope it is not too long. I am hoping they can order some of the parts and let me keep her till they come in.

Don't want to miss the next SoCal run.

I am not surprised at all!! Dang people are too busy looking at your car and not paying attention to their driving. I saw my first yellow Sky on the interstate yesterday and almost ran over a Lexus who was oogling the Sky also. Man that yellow was sharp :willy: saw it from a mile away......

I hope they get your baby fixed ASAP. I recommend bed rest, aspirin, and a nice drink for your nerves

What a bummer. So sorry to hear that. Important thing is that you're OK. They were probably going "Hey, what is that car? Get a closer look...I think it's a Sat..." WHAM! Hope they can fix it fast.

So sorry about your mishap and am certainly glad you are ok. Can you share some of the details? (If you don't feel up to it, we all understand...) What happened? How fast the other driver was going? The extent of the damage? I hope that they can get it fixed fast for ya.

Wtf

YOU got rear ended?

Man...thats sucks!

Did you ask why he/she hit you...Was he/she picking their nose, or on their cell phone or looking into the BLACK HOLE VORTEX of the SKYs ASS?

Did you tell them this is a hard car to come by and will cost their Insurance company dearly?

Did you tell them you had been waiting MONTHS AND MONTHS for it and hitting you was a BIG MISTAKE? :brentil:

I would have crapped all over them....However if it was a guy I would have made his face look like your rear end! :banghead:

Sorry but If I had been waiting and waiting for this car and somone ruined my summer like this...I would have ruined their face!

Ok....I'm better :D

Hang tough, Mr. and Mrs. Seagull. Glad you're okay. When it's all better you'll be able to tell this story at the next run. Make sure you snap some pictures to share. As horrible as it must be to look at, we can all learn from these first few bumperoos what to expect in terms of damage and repair times.

You are blazing a new trail, like Livingston. You are the Livingston Seagulls. That must make me...

Seagull, Sorry to read about you Sky being rearended. Maybe the others Skys in your area could escort her the the body shop and give morel support during the repairs, then a big party when she comes home.

Tough break

if it happened to me I would probably be writting from jail now(manslaughter) lol. One good thing it will be easy to match the paint it is so new. It would be great if they could order the rear facia painted from the factory, or even the redline facia so you gain from this accident. Take care and good luck.
