If you look at my signature I'm going to have a lot of stuff for sale.

Custom built Lysholm 1.6L screw supercharger kit (Supercharger, snout unit, two pulleys, custom mounts out of 7075 aluminum, 89mm throttle body, huge inner cooler and full 3 inch tubes with couplers and clamps. $2500.00 (New at least $4500)
L61 cyl head with Non VVT stage III comp cams: $300.00 (New with cams $1530.00)
DDM long tune header. $350.00 (New $800.00)
Ecotec to T56 bellhousing $ 350.00 ( New complete kit with bell housing, trany mount, clutch, and drive shaft is $3150.00)
AEM Meth Injection kit. $150.00 (New $425)
K1 forged rods $150.00 (New $450)
Custom forged Wesco pistons (9.5 compression) NOTE: one may be bad but don't think so, wont know tell I get it out. $150.00 (New $450)

Total is $4500 but if someone wants it all I'll drop it to $4000.00

Then shipping of coarse

p.s The LS build is coming along costly,,,, I mean nicely.
HP calculations by machine shop counting for bore, stroke, cylinder head CFM flow, cam lift and duration, comp ratio and RPMs (capable of 7400) should make around 650+HP at the crank on pump gas.

Thanks Guys and Gals.
Will the supercharger fit the 2.4L base?

Ye that is what it is coming off off. If you putting it on a stock 2.4 I’d run a little bigger pulley to drop the boost pressure a bit which I have.

Any idea how big a pulley i would need and are there installation instructions? I assume I would need a tune and larger injectors to go with it? Any recommendations for that?

I have two extra pulleys. The injectors I’ll throw in hows that’s sound and instruction well I can write them up but I made the mount brackets myself other the the front accessory bracket which is DDMworks bracket.

I am pretty handy. Is this a DIY project for a person who is pretty good with a wrench?

Yes and I can take pictures and give direction also. If you have changed brake pads you should be able to do this. It’s fairly easy

Thinking about it RD. How did yours run with that setup?
To be honest it ran hot in town or traffic but in the highway it was right at 194-198. I think the bigger inner cooler I had made blocks enough air to the radiator that’s why it ran hot but I also live in Mobile Alabama and it gets really hot down here plus I was running a really small pulley so 18 psi of boost. It’s a rocket even using a bigger pulley or like 10-12lbs of boost. The big throttle body you’d get with it really makes the bottom end responsive like you can’t believe. It’s going to add roughly 110hp to your 2.4 if not more and the torque it crazy. First and second gear are so quick until you get use to all the extra power you’ll have to be careful. But what a blast and that supercharger wine is great!!

That's a worry. Here in N. NV we do get upt to 100+ about two to three weeks a year. most of my driving is on the freeways but occasional stop-n-go. Is there a smaller intercooler that might work?

Oh ye you can just about use any cooler with the right size inlet and outlet but this is a really good one. The cooler alone was almost $1300! What I was planning on doing was making spacers where it bolts to raise it up a couple inches. Freeway is no problem it’s stopping in traffic that you have to watch it. I better radiator fan would help also the stock ones don’t pull much. I’ll think about it and see if I can come up with a idea.

I forgot to mention.

The Supercharger system will come with a tune that will run good but I'd try to get someone to put it on the dyno to maybe tweak it a bit for your driving style. I have like 40 different tunes but the tune I'm running is for running a mile wide open @ 6500 RPMs. The tune I'll give you is great for the street, highway or track. I'll include everything from tubes, clamps, injectors, mounts, belts and even spark plugs. I'll tell you this the car flies and the bottom end torque is unbelievable :)

oops forgot to mention

It comes with a huge throttle body and harness adapter and is mounted on the back of the supercharger so the airbox needs to be removed. Don't worry though I cant figure out what is on there for anyway. The A/C and heat work just fine without it.

Upgraded brakes

Not sure if I'll need them running the mile but thought I may upgrade my brakes if I can find a good deal o some Brembo or Wilwoods. I mean after the mile we still have a half mile to slow down but couldn't hurt.
Anybody out there have any?
