Finally got my rides all cleaned up for a nice group photo over the weekend.
I love them each in their own special way!
One thing they all have in common though is that they are so fun to :driving: , especially when the top is down.
Details on each:
'99 MX-5 Miata
This was the first model year for the second generation Miata's, otherwise known as the NB's. It was in the dealer's showroom when I first saw it and my pulse quickened with excitement. I swore I'd never modify anything on it and leave it completely stock...but as you can see that didn't last long! It was sponsored by Mazda corporate & my local dealer to enter it in 2 custom car shows (Import Expo & World Import Challenge).
'00 MR-2 Spyder
This car handles great like a go-cart because it's mid-engined. The sound of the engine behind you as you accelerate is exhilarating. Not too many mods here because I kind of poured it all into the Miata. Keepin' it clean & simple.
'07 Sky
I first saw the Sky at some car show a couple years back. It was silver pearl and my jaw dropped and I just stopped in my tracks staring. After finding out more info. about it from the friendly Saturn rep I knew I just had to have it. Got on the waiting list since last December and the rest is history (or is it still a dream!)
The Sky's the limit and I'm on cloud 9 every time I drive it.
Happy top-down motoring!
