I recently purchased a Santana cupholder from another forum member. :)

However, the install instructions were lost as well as the screws to install it.

I'm assuming the installation is pretty straightforward but was wondering if anyone knew the specs of the screws and bit to use? Any other important instruction details?

Thanks.

Don't follow these instructions...but I believe it is 1/8 or 1/16th drill bit...the screws cannot recall. Someone else chime in....u may wish to email him for screws and bit size.

Just get small 'sheet metal' (AKA 'self-tapping') screws from your local hardware store that are ~1/2" long and have counter-sunk heads with a diameter that fits inside the countersinks in the cupholder. Find a drill bit in your set that is smaller than the diameter of the screw threads - but no larger than 1/16" since you are just making a pilot hole into fairly soft plastic. The screw itself will do the rest.
