I can get chrome wheels & tires on EBay from $1500 up to $1900 for a set of 4.
The tires go for about $ 230.00 each ( $ 920.00)
1500 minus 920 = 580.00
1900 minus 920 = 980.00

So used chromes can cost from 580.00 to 980.00.

Which puts the painted wheels at 300.00 to 500.00

I'll offer $ 450.00 for the set.
